Kelly Drager is the Lead Performance Dietitian at the Canadian Sport Institute Alberta. She holds advanced degrees in exercise physiology and nutrition, with research focused on energy availability in female athletes. With over 20 years in high-performance sport, she has supported athletes across Olympic, Paralympic, and World Championship levels in more than 15 sports. She serves on both the World Climbing Nutrition Committee and the Canadian Olympic Committee Female Athlete Health Task Force. An avid climber herself, she continues to balance fieldwork, competition experience, and applied performance nutrition.
